End-to-end industrial partner

Not a job shop. Not a broker. An industrial partner that coordinates, validates and delivers complex projects through a single technical point of contact.

Engineering, CNC machining, sheet metal, metrology, sourcing and 3D printing — six integrated disciplines for OEMs, contractors and engineering firms across Europe.

ISO 9001·EN 1090 EXC2/EXC3·EN 3834·FAI / PPAP·EN 10204 3.1·GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
Six integrated disciplines

One technical thread, end to end.

From the first sketch to the last inspection report, we own the full chain. No handoffs to third parties without our criterion.

01

Engineering & DFM

Concept-to-print engineering. CAD, FEA simulation, GD&T per ASME Y14.5 / ISO 1101, full technical documentation.

02

CNC Machining

Turning and 3/4/5-axis milling. Carbon steels, stainless, aluminium, titanium, Inconel. Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, Ra 0.4 µm.

03

Sheet Metal & Heavy Fabrication

Fibre laser cutting, CNC bending, certified welding (EN 1090 EXC2/EXC3, EN 3834). Welded structural assemblies with WPS/WPQR.

04

Dimensional Control & Metrology

CMM, laser tracker, 3D scanning, NDT. FAI, PPAP, EN 10204 3.1 traceability. Inspection reports compliant with ISO 9001 / EN 1090.

05

Industrial Sourcing

Audited supplier network. Origin inspection, logistics aggregation, full documentary traceability. One technical interlocutor for complex procurement.

06

Industrial 3D Printing

Additive manufacturing in PEEK/ULTEM (FDM), polyamide (SLS), and metals (SLM aluminium, titanium, stainless, Inconel). Functional prototypes, tooling, end-use parts.
